The Drunken Poets Musicians Relief Fund (DPMRF) exists to invest in the people behind the music.

Live music brings people together. It fuels our local businesses, creates lasting memories and gives our community its unique identity.

For many independent musicians, financial obstacles can make it difficult to pursue their craft.

DPMRF provides financial assistance, resources and opportunities that help musicians overcome those challenges and

continue creating, performing and growing.

Support may include:

• Instrument and equipment purchases or repairs

• Studio recording and production costs

• Travel and touring expenses

• Educational opportunities and professional development

• Health, wellness, and mental health resources

• Emergency financial assistance during times of hardship

• Performance and networking opportunities

• Career-building initiatives that help artists reach new audiences

• Other needs that directly support a musician's ability to create and perform

Every dollar raised through Villapalooza, Drunken Poets events, business partnerships, sponsorships and community donations is reinvested into supporting local musicians and strengthening the music community we all enjoy.
